Meadow Bay

Meadow Bay is a semi-detached house in Appledore, a short walk from the quayside village's shops, cafes and dog-friendly pubs. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, with a bathroom that has a bath, a shower over, a hand-held shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC, plus a separate cloakroom.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster, and the living/dining room has a Smart TV. Gas heating covers the house, and there is WiFi throughout. Fuel, power and bed linen are included in the rent, though guests need to bring their own towels.

A private driveway gives off-road parking for 2 cars, and a lockable garage is also available for a car, bikes or surfboards. Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a patio, furniture and a barbecue.

Meadow Bay welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs, and smoking is not permitted. The property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights, and during July and August only weekly bookings from a Saturday can be taken; from August 2027 it will only accept bookings of 5 nights or more. The shop is 0.8 miles away, the pub 0.7 miles and the beach 1.5 miles.
