Mayflower

Mayflower is a contemporary bungalow set on a quiet street close to Brixham, arranged to make the most of far-reaching coastal views across the bay. It sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, making it suited to families or small groups wanting single-storey living with sea outlooks from several rooms.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room, with sliding doors opening onto a private terrace facing the sea. A second bedroom also has a king-size bed and Smart TV, while the third offers twin beds, also with its own Smart TV. A separate family shower room serves these two remaining bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is the heart of the bungalow, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors framing views over the harbour, a gas fire for cooler evenings and comfortable seating. The kitchen is well equipped, with an electric double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and coffee machine.

Outside, a fully enclosed paved rear garden offers dining space and covered storage suited to bikes or kayaks, while a separate balcony above has bistro-style seating for meals with a coastline outlook. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and internet access is available throughout.

Brixham's harbour, shops, pubs and a beach are all within about a mile, though the town sits on a steep hill and some areas can be harder to reach on foot, so it is worth getting in touch beforehand if this could affect anyone in your party. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and dogs cannot be accommodated at this property.
