Lower Walreddon Barn

Lower Walreddon Barn is a converted stone barn within walking distance of open moorland in the village of Whitchurch, a short drive from Tavistock. It's a reverse-level property: an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a woodburning stove sits on the entrance level, while all four bedrooms are reached down a wooden staircase to the lower-ground floor.

Two of the four bedrooms are en-suite. A king-size room has a freestanding bath and walk-in shower next to a twin room, and further along the corridor a second king-size room with a shower en-suite sits beside the final twin, with both twins sharing a family shower room. A cloakroom serves the entrance level.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar and two electric ovens, and a utility area adds further storage. Outside, an enclosed front garden has a lawn, furniture and a barbecue. Note that a hot tub is fitted but will not be available until 2027.

Lower Walreddon Barn takes two well-behaved dogs. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and WiFi is included. Off-road parking is provided for four cars. The shop is 1.3 miles away and the pub 1.7 miles. The property is accessed via steps, and smoking is not permitted.
