Three-bedroom lodge near Tavistock sleeping 6, en-suite king bedroom

Honeysuckle is a lodge near Tavistock, one of two lodges at Langstone Manor Holiday Park on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, about 3.3 miles from the nearest shop. Inside, the sitting room centres on an electric woodburning-style fire, with room to gather after a day spent exploring the moors, and the lodge sleeps six across three bedrooms.

A separate dining room gives space for evening meals away from the sitting room, and the kitchen is equipped for full self-catering. The lodge has a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, a second king-size bedroom, and a twin room, with a family bathroom serving the two bedrooms without an en-suite.

Gas central heating covers the lodge, and the kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi are provided, though WiFi carries a small weekly charge per device, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and the enclosed lawned garden has a patio and furniture, a good spot for dining outdoors with a four-legged companion. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, though should not be left unattended, and smoking is not permitted. The holiday park has an on-site restaurant, shop, bar and children's playground, and the lodge does not accept bookings from workers or contractors.
