Lower Roundhouse

Lower Roundhouse is a ground-floor apartment on a working farm near Tavistock, one of two holiday properties sharing the site. The rounded walls and exposed beams of the lounge/diner give the space some character, and this room houses a Smart TV/DVD player, a small dining table and an electric stove with a wood-burner effect. Patio doors lead out from here to the property's own patio.

The apartment sleeps two in a single double bedroom, which has an en-suite wet room with shower and WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine, so self-catering guests have what they need for daily meals and laundry.

Outside, the private patio is furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, and guests also have access to gardens shared with the neighbouring farm property, located just opposite. Off-road parking is available adjacent to the apartment, though there is no electric vehicle charging point on site. Wi-Fi is included, but the rural setting means the signal can be weak at times.

This property does not accept children or babies, and dogs are not permitted. A pub is within walking distance and a shop around two miles away, useful details for planning a self-catering stay. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
