Loventor Cottage

Loventor Cottage sits in Instow, a coastal village on the Devon coast, and is arranged over two floors to sleep four guests. A hallway leads into a light lounge/diner with an ornamental fireplace, a Smart TV and French doors opening onto the patio, while a galley kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine.

The ground floor also holds a shower room with WC, so there is no bathroom on the upper level. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own ornamental fireplace, and the second bedroom offers a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be split into twin beds if requested in advance.

Outside, guests have use of a private patio with table and chairs, plus a decked area that looks over the estuary and is suited to sitting out in the evening. Private parking is provided for two cars, and there is secure storage for bicycles on site.

This cottage does not accept children under ten years old, including babies in arms, and dogs are not permitted. Internet access is available in the property. Arrival is from 4pm and departure is before 10am, and the beach, a shop and a pub are all within a short walk.
