Lodge 9 at Landscove Holiday Park

Lodge 9 is a single-storey holiday lodge at Landscove Holiday Park, close to the South West Coast Path and near Brixham. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a king-size room with its own en-suite, and two twin rooms.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire, and gas central heating covers the lodge. The king-size bedroom has a TV and an en-suite walk-in shower room, while a separate family bathroom has a bath, a shower over the bath, a basin and a WC.

The kitchen is fitted with a double oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and there are two TVs plus WiFi available for an extra charge. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and a children's play area is on site, with the outdoor pool, fitness suite and café at the neighbouring sister park around 0.8 miles away, open seasonally from May to September.

Patio doors open onto an enclosed front decking area with furniture, a spot for alfresco dining. One car can park next to the lodge. Lodge 9 does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout. The shop is about 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach 0.3 miles down 120 steep steps that may not suit limited mobility. Stays run to a minimum of 3 nights.
