Lodge 72 at Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat

Lodge 72 is a single-storey lodge on the Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat park just outside Brixham, with steps up into the property. It sleeps 6 across a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and two twin rooms, with a second bathroom serving the lodge, which has a bath and shower over.

The open-plan living space brings together the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, warmed by an electric fire and gas central heating. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, plus a coffee machine. Two TVs and WiFi are fitted throughout, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Guests can use a fitness room and a bar/café serving drinks, cakes and snacks all day, and the park's heated outdoor swimming pool, which runs each year from 1 May to 20 September. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and the lodge has an enclosed front decking area with furniture. The shop and pub are 0.8 miles away and the beach 0.3 miles.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Check-in is Monday, Friday or Saturday only, with a minimum stay of 3 nights, and smoking isn't permitted. Guests also have access to a sister park's games room and shop within 0.8 miles, reached on foot along the coastal path or by a short drive; that park's own pool runs to the same 1 May to 20 September season.
