Lodge 70 at Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat

Lodge 70 at Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat sleeps six across three bedrooms, in the single-storey lodges on the edge of Brixham. A king-size room has an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, backed by two twin rooms, and a separate bathroom adds a bath, shower over the bath, basin and WC.

An open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room form the main living space, warmed by an electric fire and gas central heating. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and two TVs plus WiFi are provided, along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

No pets are allowed at Lodge 70. There are steps up into the entrance, and off-road parking covers two cars on the enclosed front decking, which has its own furniture. The shop and pub sit about 0.8 miles away, with the beach around 0.3 miles. Smoking is not permitted inside.

The park's fitness room, changing rooms and bar and cafe are available on site, serving food from midday to 8.30pm, and the park's outdoor heated pool runs each year from 1 May to 20 September. A sister park within 0.8 miles, reached via the coastal path or a short drive, adds a second pool on the same season, a games room, an outdoor play area and a shop, plus its own bar open Friday to Sunday. Stays need a minimum of three nights, with check-in Monday, Friday or Saturday only.
