Lodge 69 at Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat

Lodge 69 at Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat is a single-storey lodge on the edge of Brixham with three bedrooms, sleeping six. A king-size room has an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and there are two further twin rooms, with a separate bathroom holding a bath, shower over the bath, basin and WC.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is warmed by an electric fire and gas central heating. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and two TVs plus WiFi are included, along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

No pets are allowed at Lodge 69, and there are steps up into the entrance. Off-road parking covers two cars, and the enclosed front decking has furniture for outdoor meals. The shop and pub are about 0.8 miles away, the beach around 0.3 miles. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Guests have access to the park's fitness room, changing rooms and bar and cafe, serving pizzas and paninis from midday to 8.30pm, and the outdoor heated pool runs each year from 1 May to 20 September. A sister park within 0.8 miles, reached via the coastal path or a short drive, adds a second pool on the same season, a games room with pool tables and darts, an outdoor play area and a shop. Stays run to a minimum of three nights, with check-in on Monday, Friday or Saturday only.
