Lodge 64 at Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat

Lodge 64 is a single-storey holiday lodge on the Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat park above Brixham, with all three bedrooms and both bathrooms on one level. It sleeps 6 across a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and two twin bedrooms that share a second bathroom fitted with a bath and shower over.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire, and gas central heating covers the lodge with fuel and power included in the rent. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, two TVs and WiFi cover the bedrooms and living area, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, an enclosed front decking area with garden furniture gives private outdoor space for meals or a drink. Guests can also use a fitness room and a bar/cafe serving drinks, cakes and snacks all day, and the park's outdoor heated swimming pool, which runs each year from 1 May to 20 September.

Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and two well-behaved pets are welcome. The shop and pub are around 0.8 miles away and the beach around 0.3 miles. Steps lead up into the property, and the lodge takes Monday, Friday or Saturday check-in only, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Smoking is not permitted.
