Lodge 59 at Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat

Lodge 59 at Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat is a single-storey lodge on the edge of Brixham with an unusual layout for the site: both bedrooms are king-size, one with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. A separate bathroom has a bath, shower over the bath, basin and WC, and the lodge sleeps four.

A utility room sits alongside the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, which is warmed by an electric fire and gas central heating. The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and two TVs and WiFi are included, along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

No pets are allowed at Lodge 59, and the entrance has steps up into the lodge. One car can park off-road, and the enclosed front decking has furniture for outdoor time. The shop and pub are around 0.8 miles off, the beach about 0.3 miles. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Guests can use the park's fitness room, changing rooms and bar and cafe, serving pizzas and paninis from midday to 8.30pm, and the park's outdoor heated pool runs each year from 1 May to 20 September. A sister park within 0.8 miles, reached via the coastal path or a short drive, has a second pool on the same season, a games room, an outdoor play area and a shop, plus its own bar open Friday to Sunday. Stays need a minimum of three nights, with check-in Monday, Friday or Saturday only.
