Lodge 58 at Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat

Lodge 58 at Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat sits within the single-storey lodge cluster on the edge of Brixham, sleeping four across two bedrooms. The king-size room has an en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail, basin and WC, and there's a twin room alongside; the main bathroom also has a heated towel rail, plus a bath, shower over the bath, basin and WC.

Living space is open-plan, joining the kitchen, dining area and sitting room around an electric fire, with gas central heating throughout. The kitchen holds an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and two TVs plus WiFi are provided, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

No pets are permitted at Lodge 58, and there are steps up into the entrance. Off-road parking covers one car, and the enclosed front decking has furniture for sitting out. The shop and pub are about 0.8 miles from the lodge, with the beach around 0.3 miles. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

On-site facilities include a fitness room, changing rooms and a bar and cafe serving food between midday and 8.30pm, plus a heated outdoor pool that runs each year from 1 May to 20 September. A sister park 0.8 miles away, reached on foot along the coast path or by car, adds a second pool on the same season, a games room with pool tables and darts, a children's play area and a shop. Bookings require a minimum three-night stay with Monday, Friday or Saturday arrival.
