Lodge 15 at Landscove Holiday Park

Lodge 15 is a single-storey holiday lodge at Landscove Holiday Park, a short walk from the South West Coast Path and close to Brixham. It sleeps 4 across a king-size en-suite bedroom and a twin bedroom.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, warmed by an electric fire and gas central heating. The king-size bedroom has its own TV and en-suite walk-in shower room, and a separate family bathroom has a bath, a shower over the bath, a basin and a WC.

The kitchen is fitted with a double oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and there are two TVs plus WiFi available for an extra charge. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair can be requested, and a children's play area is on site, with the outdoor pool, fitness suite and café at the neighbouring sister park around 0.8 miles away, open seasonally from May to September.

The enclosed front decking has furniture, giving dogs a safe space outside, and two well-behaved pets on leads are welcome. One car can park next to the lodge, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is about 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach 0.3 miles down 120 steep steps that may not suit limited mobility. Stays run to a minimum of 3 nights.
