This fishermen's cottage sits over three floors overlooking the harbour in Brixham, a working fishing town in South Devon. The layout is arranged with the lounge occupying the whole of the ground floor, giving guests a comfortable spot to settle in with a sofa, chairs and TV while looking out over the harbour below.

Cottage-style stairs lead down to the lower-ground floor, where the dining room and kitchen are found. The dining area has exposed stone walls and a table seating four, with a door opening onto the rear patio. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, along with a smart speaker and Dolce Gusto machine. Wi-fi is included throughout the property.

Back on the ground floor, open-tread stairs climb to the first floor, where both bedrooms are located. The twin room has a large picture window with harbour views, while the second bedroom is a cosy double. A single shower room with a walk-in shower and WC serves both rooms, so those booking with more than one couple or family group should plan accordingly.

Outside, an enclosed patio to the rear has whitewashed walls and patio furniture, suited to meals or drinks while watching the boats in the harbour. Roadside parking is available nearby, subject to availability, with a council permit needed for local public car parks as an alternative. The property is on an elevated position and the easiest route into town is via a set of steps, so this is worth bearing in mind for anyone with mobility concerns.
