Lizzy’s Cottage

Lizzy's Cottage sits in the heart of Brixham, with sea views from the garden. It sleeps 4 across two upstairs bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, both tastefully decorated, and served by a single bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower.

Downstairs, the living and dining room has a woodburning stove and a dining table for home-cooked meals, and the kitchen is fitted with a gas oven, gas hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Gas central heating covers the cottage, and there's a Smart TV in the sitting room and WiFi throughout. A separate utility room adds extra space alongside the kitchen.

Outside, an enclosed garden with a patio and furniture is the spot to enjoy the sea views, a quiet corner for morning coffee or an evening drink away from the busier parts of the town.

There is no parking at the property. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the cottage is strictly no smoking. A minimum stay of 4 nights applies, rising to 7 nights over the Christmas and New Year period. The shop is around 0.2 miles away, the pub around 0.1 miles, the beach around 0.4 miles, and a lake and river around 0.8 miles, all within easy walking distance of the front door.
