Lilly's Cottage

Lilly's Cottage is a three-storey holiday home in the heart of Dawlish, close enough to the beach to catch some sea views, and the train station is just 0.2 miles away. It sleeps 7 across three bedrooms over the upper two floors.

The second floor has a super-king-size bedroom, which can be made up as twin beds on request, with its own Smart TV and a sofa bed for extra flexibility. The first floor holds a king-size bedroom and a double, both with Smart TVs, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC serves all three.

The open-plan kitchen and living area has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, plus a combined washing machine and tumble dryer in the external utility, which also has bike storage. The dining table seats 6, and the sitting area is warmed by an electric fire. A travel cot and highchair are available.

Outside, the enclosed courtyard has patio furniture for meals or reading outdoors. Lilly's Cottage does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout. Parking is on the roadside on a first-come, first-served basis, with multiple car parks nearby. The shop, pub and beach are all within 0.2 miles.
