15 Summerland Avenue is a single-storey house in Dawlish, with the beach around 0.4 miles away, a pub at 0.5 miles and a shop at 0.9 miles. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: a king-size room with its own en-suite shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail, a double, a twin and a bunk room. A separate shower room and a cloakroom with a washing machine complete the two bathrooms.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a woodburning stove for cooler evenings and a Smart TV. The kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee percolator and toaster, and the dining table seats 8. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels, and a cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, a non-enclosed decking area at the front holds furniture for meals outdoors, and a landscaped garden to the rear grows apples, plums, pears, wild strawberries and passionfruit, with deck chairs to sit out in. At the top of the garden stands a separate office annex with a Smart TV and an adjustable-height desk, useful for working during a longer stay or as an extra space for children.

The grounds are multi-tiered with steps throughout, so anyone with limited mobility should plan around this, and children need supervising near the steps. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Christmas bookings cannot start on 24th, 25th or 26th December, and New Year bookings cannot start on 30th December or 1st January. WiFi covers the house via 72Mb fibre broadband.
