Leah's Cottage Appledore

This cottage sits in the centre of Appledore, within level walking distance of the village's shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, which are within around 100 metres. It sleeps up to six across three bedrooms, making it suited to families or small groups wanting to be close to the quayside and local amenities without needing a car for day-to-day errands.

The ground floor has a lounge with a gas fire and a separate snug with a Smart TV and exposed beam, along with a semi-open-plan kitchen/diner fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a Pod coffee machine. A utility room houses the washing machine and a separate WC. Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while the double and twin bedrooms share a family shower room with a WC.

Outside there is a gated, enclosed front courtyard and a rear patio courtyard with a table, chairs and a BBQ, plus a further garden area combining patio and lawn with additional seating. A path from the garden leads through a lockable rear gate to direct access into the public car park, where visitors can find pay-and-display parking rather than a private space at the cottage.

Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are provided for families with young children. Check-in is from 4pm and checkout by 10am.
