Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage sits within Beer, a traditional property reached along a front path lined with lavender. The open-plan living space runs a real flame gas fire and original wood flooring, and the cottage sleeps 5 across three bedrooms.

A king-size, a double and a single bedroom share a bathroom with a bath, shower over and basin, and there's a separate ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, plus a cloakroom with a basin and WC of its own for daytime use.

The kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and the dining area holds a large rustic table for family meals. Gas central heating covers the house, and a TV, DVD player, DAB radio and WiFi are provided. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and a rear courtyard has a patio and furniture for meals outside, with a non-enclosed front garden along the lavender path. There's a shared residents' pathway to the rear and side of the property. No pets are allowed and the cottage is no smoking throughout. The shop is 0.2 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles, both an easy stroll from the door.
