Beach Court Flat 2 sits at the heart of Beer, a village on Devon's Jurassic Coast, with the shingle beach, pub and village shops all within 100 metres of the front door. The apartment occupies the first floor and is reached by a flight of stairs from the shared entrance, which is worth bearing in mind for guests with limited mobility or heavy luggage.

The open-plan living area has wooden flooring and pale walls, with an L-shaped kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. A raised bar serves as the main dining spot for two, with a pair of additional chairs available. Sofas and armchairs are arranged around a Smart TV with streaming access on the lounge side of the room.

Both bedrooms are across the hallway from the living area: one double and one twin with 2'6" beds. They share a shower room with cubicle and WC. The apartment sleeps up to four guests and no dogs are permitted. There is no private outdoor space attached to the flat, though the shingle beach is close enough to serve as a practical spot for time outside.

Parking is handled via an electronic permit provided by the owner, valid for a nearby public car park. A welcome pack is included on arrival. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
