Lapwing 3 - The Cove

Lapwing 3 sits within a small complex above the coastline at Brixham, sleeping four guests across a double bedroom and a twin. Both rooms have Smart TVs, and the double opens directly onto a private enclosed terrace via sliding patio doors. One low step at the front door is the only threshold on entry.

The open-plan ground floor brings together a lounge with a four-seater sofa and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, Nespresso machine, fridge with ice box and dishwasher, and a dining area with table and chairs. Sliding patio doors in the living space give a second route to the terrace, where garden furniture makes a practical spot for al fresco meals. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, useful for longer stays.

Guests have access to the shared heated outdoor swimming pool on site, open daily between 10am and 7pm from May to September; bring your own pool towels as property towels are for indoor use only. One private parking space is included. A travel cot and highchair can be provided, and there is outdoor storage for bikes, canoes and paddleboards.

Dogs are not permitted at this property. The nearest pub is around half a mile away, a shop roughly one mile, and the beach approximately 0.7 miles. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 09:30.
