Little Fir Cottage

Little Fir Cottage sits on a working family farm in Woolsery, near Clovelly, with the beach at Buck Mills four miles away. The property sleeps four guests across two bedrooms. Arrival is from 15:30 and departure before 10:00.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner form the heart of the ground floor, where a wood burner provides warmth after days on the coast. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and fridge/freezer. A utility room at the entrance houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, alongside a separate WC. Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC, while the twin zip-and-link room can be configured as a super-king on request; both rooms have exposed beams and televisions. A separate bathroom completes the first floor, with a shower over bath.

Outside, the enclosed garden has a patio and lawn with garden furniture and a barbecue. A private hot tub sits within the garden for use after meals or walks. One car parks directly outside, with further spaces available nearby. Guests can also visit the owners' 90-acre farm to meet the animals. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

A shared EV charger operates on site. The pub and shops are 2 miles away, with the beach at 4 miles. No dogs are permitted. Towels and a first basket of logs for the wood burner are included.
