Lane Barton Dream Cottage

Lane Barton Dream Cottage sits on a former dairy farm near Woolsery, close to Clovelly on Devon's north coast, and sleeps two guests in a single king-size bedroom. The land around the farm is open for guests to explore during their stay.

The kitchen has a high vaulted ceiling, exposed stone fireplace and slate tiled floor with underfloor heating, along with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. The lounge/diner has a wood burner and a Smart TV, ideal for evenings in after a day exploring the coast. The bedroom itself is reached by an open-tread spiral staircase, so care is needed, particularly for anyone travelling with dogs, and it features a four-poster bed plus an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and separate WC.

Outside there are patio areas at both the front and rear of the cottage, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, and guests also have access to a shared lawn. A private hot tub is housed in a building attached to the cottage, though towels for it are not provided. Parking is available on site.

Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying, and a travel cot and highchair are on hand for younger visitors. A shop, village social club and pub are each around a mile away, with a small beach roughly two miles from the property and a sandy beach a little further along the coast.
