Lands House

Lands House is a five-bedroom property in a courtyard cluster called the Village in a Village, in the heart of Appledore. It sleeps 10 across three floors, with plenty of stairs throughout, so it suits groups comfortable getting up and down between rooms.

The first floor holds a master bedroom with a super-king-size zip-link bed that can split into twins, a bunk room and a king-size room with en-suite shower, plus a family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. The second floor has two more bedrooms, both king-size and one a zip-link with twin options, sharing a Jack and Jill shower room. A cloakroom sits on the ground floor alongside the kitchen/diner, utility room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and three TVs and WiFi cover the house. Fuel, power and a woodburner starter pack are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Two highchairs and a travel cot are available on request.

Outside, an enclosed private garden has furniture for alfresco dining, plus a separate garden room with a pool table, outdoor games, a fridge and a WC. Lands House takes up to two well-behaved pets. The shop, pub and river are around 0.1 miles away and the beach about 2.1 miles. There's no parking with the house itself, but on-road spaces and a chargeable public car park are close by, and smoking is not permitted.
