Laburnham House

Laburnham House sits in the village of Braunton, within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms and was redecorated and refurnished in 2021, giving the interiors a fresh, well-kept feel throughout.

Upstairs there is a king-size room, a double and a bunk room, all fitted with pocket-sprung mattresses. The single family bathroom has a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower, and there is a separate downstairs WC where the washing machine is also housed. The sitting room has a wood burner and a smart TV, while the kitchen is equipped with a Smeg double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and a Lavazza coffee machine.

A dining room at the rear opens through bi-folding doors onto an enclosed private courtyard with patio furniture, festoon lighting and a barbecue, suited to eating outdoors on milder evenings. A sideboard in the dining room holds board games for family evenings in. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests.

One car can be parked in an allocated space behind the house in the village car park, with a second space available in a nearby pay-and-display car park if needed. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10am.
