Kipper Lodge

Kipper Lodge is a duplex apartment in the centre of Dartmouth, styled with a blend of nautical and contemporary décor. Off-road parking for 2 small cars or 1 large car sits right outside. It sleeps 7 across four bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor, along with two shower rooms and a cloakroom.

The ground floor holds a king-size and a twin bedroom plus a shower room, while upstairs is a further king-size bedroom, a single, and the second shower room. The sitting room has an electric-effect woodburning stove, and two Smart TVs, WiFi and a selection of books cover the apartment.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with a freezer box and a dishwasher. Patio doors lead from the living space onto an enclosed rear terrace with furniture, a good spot to sit out in the evening, though children need adult supervision out there, and there are steps both up to the exterior and down into the kitchen.

Kipper Lodge takes one well-behaved small to medium dog. The shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 2 miles, and Southford Road has a 6ft width restriction that is worth checking before arriving by car. Smoking is not permitted.
