Keepers Lodge, Hillfield Village

Keepers Lodge sits in the grounds of Hillfield Village, a development in the old walled garden of a country estate a short drive from Dartmouth. The house has a private garden with a hot tub installed in February 2025, and guests reach it via off-road parking right by the door. Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 people across four bathrooms.

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor: a king-size room and a double, both en suite, plus a further twin. Two more twin bedrooms sit on a mezzanine first floor with its own bathroom and a small living area, and everyone has access to a family bathroom with a bath. The kitchen/diner has a cathedral ceiling and a table that seats all 10 guests, with an electric oven and hob, and a separate utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The sitting room has a corner sofa, a TV with Freeview and DVD player, and patio doors onto a private decking area. Up to two travel cots and a highchair are available on request. Hillfield Village itself has an all-weather tennis court and a children's play area with a climbing frame, slide and swings, both open to guests year-round.

Fuel and power are included in the rent, and the hot tub can't be guaranteed for bookings made within 5 days of arrival, so it's worth checking with the team first. Barbecues are not permitted anywhere at Hillfield Village. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking.
