Bight Boathouse

Bight Boathouse is a large riverside house in Dartmouth, part of the historic Bight Boatyard and just a short stroll from the town centre, with river views towards Kingswear from most rooms. Four bedrooms spread across the property, one with its own en-suite bathroom, and a family bathroom serves the rest.

The middle floor holds the main living area, with wall-to-ceiling windows opening onto a balcony, a dining table, a pool table and comfortable seating, plus a separate snug fitted out with a roulette wheel and blackjack tables. The kitchen has a dining table of its own for large-party breakfasts and lunches.

On the lower ground floor, guests have their own private gym and indoor swimming pool, along with a sauna, changing rooms and a table tennis room; these pool and gym facilities carry an additional charge payable directly to the owner. Balconies and terraces on the upper floors have furniture, electric heaters and a BBQ for eating outside.

The house sleeps 11 and welcomes up to three dogs at a charge per dog per week. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and 2 washing machines and a dishwasher are fitted in the kitchen. Children under 5 are not accepted without prior arrangement with the owner, and the property may not suit guests with mobility difficulties.
