Keeling

Keeling is a terraced cottage in Exmouth, close to the beach and around 0.3 miles from the shops and 0.2 miles from the nearest pub. The sitting room has an electric fire, cushioned sofas and a Smart TV, gas central heating covers the cottage, and secure bike storage is available for cyclists.

The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a king-size room, a double room and a bunk room for two, sharing a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a washing machine and a dishwasher, with a rustic dining table for family meals.

A rear garden has a lawn, patio, furniture and a barbecue, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request. One car can be parked on a permit arranged in advance of arrival, with roadside parking otherwise and further paid parking available nearby behind the railway station.

No pets or smoking are allowed, and a minimum stay of three nights applies. This property does not accept bookings from councils or government agencies. Exmouth Beach is less than a mile away, Exeter is around 11.5 miles by road, and Exmouth Marina with its boat trips is within easy reach on foot.
