Casalmare

Casalmare stands in Exmouth, a renovated cottage sleeping 7 across four bedrooms. One double, which can be set up as a twin, has its own en-suite shower room, basin and WC, and two further doubles (also zip/link) and a single share a newly renovated family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Sea views can be seen from both main bedrooms.

The sitting room has a woodburning stove, and the kitchen-diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, alongside a TV and WiFi. A garage doubles as a games room, with a table tennis table and laundry facilities, and there's a cloakroom with a basin and WC on both the ground and first floors.

Outside, an enclosed front and rear garden has a lawn and a patio area with a charcoal barbecue. Off-road parking is provided for three cars, and a travel cot and highchair are available. The shop and pub are within 0.7 miles, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Casalmare does not accept pets, and stag, hen and work parties are not permitted. The stairs are open tread, so care is needed, and the property has a maximum occupancy of 7, including infants, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Changeovers run on Fridays only.
