Halsdon Avenue

Halsdon Avenue is a house in Exmouth, with views across the estuary and a driveway that gives easy arrival at the start of a stay. Steps lead up to the property, worth noting for anyone in the group who finds them difficult.

A ground-floor double bedroom with its own TV sits next to a ground-floor bathroom with a bath and shower over, useful for guests who prefer not to use stairs. Upstairs, a further double and a twin room, each with a TV, share a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Four Smart TVs are fitted around the house in total.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and air fryer, and a separate living/dining room adds a second dining area with an electric fire and Smart TV. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and there's a pull-out bed if needed.

The garden has a patio, pergola, electric awning and a table tennis table for outdoor time. Driveway parking is provided for 3 cars, with an EV charger available for an extra fee. The shop is around 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.5 miles and the beach 0.3 miles. Halsdon Avenue does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted.
