Devon Cliffs Holiday Park - TW89

TW89 is a single-storey caravan at a holiday park near Exmouth, set within the East Devon National Landscape and a few minutes' walk from the shoreline. It sleeps 6 across two bedrooms, and because the caravan is single-storey, both bedrooms and the shower room are all on one level.

The double bedroom has its own TV, and the twin room suits younger guests or friends sharing. A shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC serves the whole caravan.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen with an oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, a dining area for sharing meals, and a sitting area warmed by an electric fire, plus two TVs between the living space and double bedroom. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, so there is little to bring beyond food and clothes.

Outside, decking with furniture is a spot for a morning coffee or an evening supper as the day winds down. The shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.4 miles, an easy stroll for a day by the sea. Bookings run Friday-to-Monday or Monday-to-Friday only, not full weeks, and no pets or smoking are allowed at the property.
