Positioned above a fish restaurant in Brixham town centre, this property sits within easy walking distance of the harbour, coastal shops, cafes and restaurants. The working fishing harbour is on your doorstep; the beach lies about 1 mile away. Access requires climbing two flights of stairs, which may restrict mobility for some guests. The main entrance is narrow and prams or wheelchairs cannot be accommodated here.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area dominates the interior, flooded with light and overlooking the town. A corner sofa faces the television; the dining table seats four comfortably. The kitchen houses a built-in oven, halogen hob, microwave, integrated dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Both bedrooms feature a king-size bed and each has a wall-mounted TV. A single bathroom with metro tiles, wet-room shower, WC and washbasin is shared between the two bedrooms.

A small decked terrace at the rear provides outdoor space with table and chairs, useful for drying wetsuits or unwinding after exploring the coast. One dog is welcome; additional charges may apply. The property accommodates four guests and one baby only. It is not suitable for four adults and two infants together. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out before 10:00.
