This semi-detached barn conversion sits within a small hamlet of private dwellings at Allender Farm, on the edge of Lee in North Devon. Refurbished in 2019, it offers accommodation for up to six guests across three bedrooms arranged over two floors.

A ground-floor bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room and WC sits just off the kitchen, useful for guests who prefer to avoid stairs to their room. Upstairs there is a further king-size bedroom and a twin room, along with a family bathroom fitted with a bath, handheld mixer shower, separate shower and WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric induction hob and oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine, while the lounge has an electric-effect fire and a smart TV with Sky, plus a second television in the twin bedroom for DVD use only.

Outside, a small enclosed patio opposite the property offers seating for a barbecue or morning coffee, with further seating to the side of the cottage. Guests also have use of a shared lawn and children's play area, and the surrounding farm is home to pigs and sheep. Off-road parking is provided for three cars, and internet access is available throughout the property.

A seasonal farm shop within a mile opens only during peak periods, and a footpath through the woods leads to a local pub. Only one dog is permitted per booking, with banned breeds and their crosses excluded, and additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests, and the property is decorated for Christmas during the festive season.
