Azalea Barn

Azalea Barn is a semi-detached barn conversion forming part of a small hamlet of private dwellings at Allender Farm, reached along a no-through road near Lee. A lobby with coat and boot storage opens into an open-plan living area combining lounge, kitchen and dining space, with a Smart TV offering Sky TV and Netflix and a wood burner-effect electric fire.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a coffee pod machine, with a separate utility cupboard housing the washing machine. Upstairs, the first bedroom is a king-size room notable for a freestanding roll-top bath positioned within the room itself, alongside its own TV. The second king-size bedroom includes a zip-and-link bed that can be requested as a 2'6" twin. A shower room with a large walk-in shower and WC completes the accommodation, with robes provided.

Outside, an enclosed, tiered patio garden holds a private hot tub, gas barbecue and garden furniture, suited to dining outdoors. Guests also have access to a shared lawn with swings, set among the farm's grounds where pigs and sheep are kept. Off-road parking is provided for two cars.

A seasonal farm shop and café selling local produce is a short walk away and opens during summer months, with a pub and beach both within around two miles. One dog is welcome, though banned breeds and their crosses are not permitted; additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
