This single-storey holiday home stands in the village of Langtree, near Great Torrington in North Devon, and sleeps six across three bedrooms. All accommodation is on one level, with the king-size room benefiting from its own en-suite shower and WC, while the double and twin share the main bathroom with bath and shower over.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher, and a table large enough for the whole party to eat together. A separate utility room holds the fridge freezer and washing machine, keeping laundry out of the main living space. The lounge has a Smart TV, comfortable seating and a wood burner, with a first basket of logs included, plus French doors onto the terrace.

Outside, a raised patio area is enclosed and furnished, with a further small seating spot to one side and steps down to an enclosed lawn where a charcoal barbecue is provided along with garden games including giant Jenga and Connect Four. Parking is allocated for two cars on the drive, with additional roadside space nearby for extra vehicles.

Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and a travel cot and highchair can be requested ahead of arrival, useful for families with young children. Internet access is available on site. Check-in is from 15:30 and check-out by 10:00, and guests should note the property sits within walking distance of a pub and shop but the beach involves a drive rather than a short walk.
