This property sits on the outskirts of Langtree, reached along a country lane through the grounds of Barns Farm, with far-reaching views towards Dartmoor. Sleeping up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, it suits families or groups wanting space to spread out.

A glazed oak-framed porch leads into a snug with a Smart TV, books and games, opening onto a large open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. French doors bring in natural light and lead to the patio. The kitchen has a double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, while the washing machine and tumble dryer are near the back door. The lounge has a wood burner (first basket of logs provided), a Smart TV with Xbox One, and each bedroom has its own TV with DVD player.

On the ground floor, a twin zip-and-link room (convertible to super-king on request) has an en-suite walk-in shower room and WC, with a separate WC also downstairs. Upstairs there are two further super-king bedrooms, one en-suite, plus a twin room and a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside, the enclosed garden and patio have garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and a private hot tub, alongside a large lawn for play. A separate games barn offers a pool table, dart board and other games. A public footpath from the front door leads to woodland and a stream, with an adjacent field for exercising dogs off lead. Off-road parking is available for up to 4 cars, and there is an EV charging point payable directly to the owner at £30 per week. Up to 5 dogs are welcome, with additional dogs considered on request. A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request.
