Ingledene

Ingledene is a reverse-level house in Brixham's harbour town, close to the harbour but set back in a quiet residential street. It sleeps 6 across three ground-floor bedrooms, and the owners ask guests to keep noise down out of respect for permanent neighbours nearby.

The ground floor has a super-king bedroom that can be made up as twins on request, a double, and a triple bunk room with a small double and a single bunk above, all sharing a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The property is reached by stairs from the parking area, which may not suit guests with limited mobility.

Upstairs, the first-floor lounge has a Smart TV with a SONOS sound system and opens onto a balcony with harbour/sea views, alongside its own shower room. The kitchen/diner has a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a Nespresso machine, washing machine and dishwasher, and WiFi covers the whole house.

Outside, a gravelled front terrace and a rear garden with a lawn, furniture and a summerhouse give space to sit out, and a BBQ is available in the garden. Off-road parking takes up to two large cars or a motorhome up to 6.5 metres. No pets or smoking are allowed anywhere on site, and summer bookings are for exactly 7 nights. The harbour is 0.2 miles away, shops 0.4 miles and the beach 0.4 miles.
