A king-size bedroom and a twin room with zip-and-link bed, convertible to a double on request, lead off the living area. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a hob, oven, extractor, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher. Off-road parking is available on site. Internet access is included, and a cot and highchair can be provided for younger guests.

Outside, a patio with seating, charcoal BBQ and a private hot tub sits adjacent to the apartment, with views over the surrounding countryside. The property backs directly onto the Devon countryside for immediate walking. The nearest pub and shop are 2 miles away, and the beach is 3 miles distant.

Hartland and Woolsery are also within reach, alongside attractions including Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point Lighthouse and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Surfing beaches at Bude, Westward Ho! and Braunton are among the options further afield. Dogs are not permitted at this property.
