Holly Cove

Holly Cove is a single-storey holiday home in Brixham, reached via four steps up to the entrance hallway that leads to all three bedrooms. It sleeps up to six guests across a super-king room with its own en-suite shower room and double patio doors opening to the garden, a king-size room with French doors, and a twin room, each fitted with a Smart TV.

A second bathroom off the hallway has a bath, shower cubicle and WC, while a utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area at the rear has a wood burner (first basket of logs included), a Smart TV with Sky Q and Netflix, and sliding glass doors onto the garden. The kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden combines a lawned area with a decked terrace, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. A separate games room in the garden has an arcade console, pool table and dartboard. Off-road parking is provided for two cars on the front driveway, with a chargeable 7.4kW electric vehicle charging point on site (guests should bring their own lead); additional roadside parking may be available subject to space.

Fibre wi-fi is included throughout, and a travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests. Dogs are not permitted at this property, and as it is run as a family home the owners do not accept group, hen or stag bookings. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
