Hillside & The Barn

Hillside & The Barn is a six-bedroom Devon country property sleeping 12 guests across a main house for ten and a self-contained barn for two. Up to two dogs are welcome. Parking is on site for five cars, EV charging is available on request, and arrival is from 17:00 with departure before 10:00.

The main house centres on an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a wood burner (starter logs included) and a separate snug. The kitchen runs to an electric ceramic hob, double electric oven, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee maker. A super-king bedroom with zip-and-link beds, convertible to twin on request, sits on the ground floor alongside a family wet room with two showers and a WC. Two king bedrooms on the first floor each have en-suite shower rooms with WCs; one of those en-suites also includes a slipper bath with handheld shower attachment and a separate shower. A twin room (zip-and-link, convertible to super-king on request), a single bedroom with a pull-out extra single, and a family bathroom complete the first floor.

The barn provides reverse-level accommodation: a super-king bedroom (zip-and-link, twin on request; child's bed available on request), a wet room and a kitchen/diner sit at ground level, while the first-floor lounge opens through glass doors onto a deck. The barn kitchen has a Neff electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are all available across the property.

Outside, patios, decked areas and a lawn provide space for the whole group, with garden furniture and a BBQ. A shop and pub are roughly half a mile away, and Croyde village and its sandy beach are around a mile from the property. Internet access is included throughout.
