High Tide - Croyde

High Tide sleeps 12 across six bedrooms and suits larger groups or multi-generational families well. On the ground floor, a bunk room connects to a second sitting room stocked with games, DVDs and books, giving children their own space while adults use the main lounge. Upstairs, the master king-size room and a bunk bedroom connect to form a dedicated family suite served by an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. A double, a twin and a third bunk room share the family bathroom on the landing. Two additional WCs are located downstairs.

The house sits roughly 300 metres from Croyde beach, close enough for repeated trips with boards and wetsuits. A garage provides dedicated storage for bikes, surfboards and paddleboards and also houses the second fridge-freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher and microwave, and a separate utility room holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. A dining room seats eight, with four further places in the adjoining conservatory, which also has soft day chairs overlooking the garden.

Outside, an enclosed garden wraps around the rear and side of the property, looking over paddocks and towards the dunes beyond. A hot tub sits in the garden alongside outdoor seating. At the front, a gated driveway provides private parking for up to eight cars. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are available throughout, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. A shop, pub and the beach are all within half a mile. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
