High Tide Appledore

This three-storey property in Appledore sleeps six across three bedrooms arranged over separate floors. Guests enter on the second floor, where a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) sits alongside a bunk bedroom, served by a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

The first floor holds an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. A Juliet balcony at the rear looks down over the patio towards the town and river beyond, and can be enjoyed from the sofas or while watching the TV/DVD. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, with a dining table dividing the space from the lounge.

On the ground floor, the master suite has a king-size bed, a sitting area with TV and a record player with a collection of vinyl, plus a dressing area with storage leading to an en-suite shower room and WC. This area also houses the washing machine. A door from the master bedroom opens onto the property's enclosed rear patio.

Outside there is a small patio to the front and an enclosed garden with patio and seating to the rear, reached from the ground floor or the master bedroom. One allocated parking space is provided, with further roadside parking nearby subject to availability. Wi-Fi is included, and up to two dogs are welcome with additional charges applying. The beach is around two miles away, with shops and pubs within walking distance.
