Hartland House

This three-storey house in Appledore sleeps up to six across three well-defined bedroom floors. On the lower ground floor is a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, while the first floor holds a king-size bedroom and a twin room sharing a bathroom fitted with a shower over bath and WC. A separate WC is located on the ground floor.

The ground floor kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and a lower ground floor utility room adds a washing machine, extra fridge, freezer and further tea and coffee making facilities, with direct access to the garden. The lounge/diner has a TV and radio, and French doors open onto a small balcony overlooking the estuary.

Outside there is an enclosed garden and patio area furnished with garden seating, plus a side area for storing bicycles and outdoor equipment. One off-road parking space is allocated to the property, with additional roadside parking available nearby. Internet access is provided.

Shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, and the property is family friendly with a travel cot and highchair available on request. Up to two dogs can be accommodated, with additional charges applying. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
