Harris Farm

This restored farmhouse stands in a quiet farmland setting near Talaton, within walking distance of a village shop and pub. The ground-floor lounge has an inglenook fireplace fitted with a woodburner, along with a Smart TV and DVD player, while the kitchen/diner keeps its original Victorian fireplace alongside a dining table and window seat. A separate utility room houses a second fridge, freezer and washing machine, and there is a ground-floor cloakroom with WC.

Upstairs, three bedrooms sleep up to six guests: a family room with a king-size bed, a single bed and a cot, a further king-size room, and a twin room, with Smart TVs in the family room and one of the twins. The first-floor family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and WC.

Outside, an enclosed garden offers lawns and seating space, while a separate building houses the hot tub along with its own changing area and shower. An adjoining barn contains an indoor heated pool, open from Easter to the end of October, plus a sauna, and two further barns have been converted into games rooms with a pool table, table tennis, table football and a Wendy house. Off-road parking is available for up to four cars, and electric vehicle charging can be arranged in advance with the owner, who supplies their own cable.

Dogs are not permitted at this property, and towels are not included so guests should bring their own. Logs for the woodburner are provided during the winter months. The house adjoins the owner's home and is served by solar panels. Check-in is from 2.30pm and check-out by 10am.
