Harbour Echo

Harbour Echo is a four-storey cottage a short walk from the harbour in Brixham, sleeping four across two double bedrooms. The layout climbs through the building: enter on the first floor to the kitchen/diner, with a bedroom below and the lounge and second bedroom above.

The lower-floor double has its own en-suite shower room and WC, while the top-floor double enjoys views over Brixham and shares the family bathroom, which has a bath with a hand-held shower and a separate WC. The lounge sits on its own floor with a wood burner (logs not supplied), a Smart TV and two sofas, plus board games for evenings in.

Because the cottage has steep, cottage-style staircases connecting all four floors, it is not recommended for children under five, and the bedrooms sit on separate levels from each other and from the bathrooms. One dog is welcome, with additional charges likely to apply. There is no parking at the property itself; a car parking space suitable for a standard car is available around a 15-minute walk away.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, and internet access is provided. A pub sits less than 100 metres away and a shop around 0.1 miles off, with Breakwater Beach roughly 0.6 miles from the door. Brixham's harbourside setting, with its working fishing fleet, is reachable on foot, though several parts of the village involve steps and a steep hill, so those with mobility concerns should check specific requirements before booking.
