This reverse-level cottage sits on a quiet residential road a short walk from the centre of Brixham, the working harbour town known for its fishing fleet and seafood restaurants. The layout is arranged to make the most of the sea views, with the main living space on the upper floor and bedrooms below.

The entrance level holds a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each fitted with a wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers, along with a cloakroom. Stairs lead down to the family bathroom, which has been redecorated with a nautical theme and includes a shower over the bath. The master suite is also on this lower floor, with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room; both bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Upstairs, an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area benefits from a full-height picture window and French doors that frame the harbour views. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge/freezer, and there is a large dining table for meals in. French doors from the living room open onto a balcony with a bistro-style table and chairs, a good spot for a drink while looking out over the water.

The property sleeps up to six across its three bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and bed linen and towels are included. Brixham's streets are steep and winding, and many properties in the town, including this one, do not have private parking; alternative parking is available in local car parks. Dogs are not permitted, and guests with specific access requirements are advised to check in advance given the steps and hilly terrain around the village.
