Grendon Villa sits in a raised position above the River Teign in Teignmouth, with sea and estuary views from several rooms. Steps lead up to the front door and into a hallway that opens to the kitchen and dining area, complete with a benched dining table and a fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A utility room to the rear holds the washing machine and tumble dryer alongside a separate WC.

The super-king bedroom is reached via a short flight down from the hallway and has its own Smart TV and en-suite jacuzzi bathroom with shower over. A second bedroom, up a couple of steps, offers a king-size bed and an en-suite walk-in shower room. A staircase leads down to a lower-level cinema room with gaming console, twin bedroom and a further bathroom with walk-in shower.

The main lounge has an open flame gas fire, Smart TV and French doors onto the view, leading through to a sun lounge with sliding glass doors. Outside, a private hot tub for exclusive use by this property sits within an enclosed paved garden with dining space and further waterside views, plus a lower garden area with a shed for bikes or kayaks. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, though the driveway is steep and narrow.

Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and internet access is provided throughout. The beach, a pub and a shop are all within less than a mile on foot, making a car-free stay a realistic option once you have arrived.
