Greenswood Mews is a ground-floor apartment in a recently built development in Brixham, Devon. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and welcomes one well-behaved dog, making it a practical base for exploring South Devon.

Step from the designated parking space to the front door, then through the entrance hall into the bright, open-plan living space. A corner sofa faces a Smart TV, with natural light filling the room, and the well-appointed kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, plus a breakfast bar for casual meals and morning coffee. A washing machine is tucked away in a laundry cupboard, useful for longer stays.

As evening arrives, retreat to one of two thoughtfully presented bedrooms. The twin bedroom suits friends or younger guests, while the double bedroom has LED mood lighting and its own seating area for a quiet moment before bed.
